With over 15 years of experience in coastal and marine biodiversity conservation, as well as human network facilitation, I have played key roles in the non-profit sector at both Mediterranean and international levels.

My expertise in supporting protected areas is backed by a strong experience in EU, Mediterranean, and global biodiversity policies. I have a proven track record in building strategic partnerships, securing funding, and driving impactful conservation initiatives. Combining strategic vision with project management and technical skills, I work across cultures with fluency in both French and English.

Committed to nature protection, I strive to foster collaboration and innovative solutions for lasting environmental impact.

A key player in fostering collaboration among MPA managers, I have contributed to the development of MedPAN network from 2009 and I have coordinated the MedPAN Secretariat for 15 years. The MedPAN network gathers over 120 organizations from 21 Mediterranean countries. This work involves facilitating partnerships, knowledge-sharing, capacity-building initiatives, funding support and policy representation

By combining policy expertise, project leadership, and a commitment to environmental impact, I support marine conservation efforts at all levels, fostering innovative solutions for a more sustainable future.

Representing the MPA managers network at key EU, Mediterranean, and global policy platforms, including the EU Biodiversity Strategy, the Barcelona Convention, CBD, UN SDG 14, and IUCN WCC. I have also contributed to the organization of the Mediterranean MPA Forum (2012, 2016, 2021) with the SPA/RAC.

Extensive experience developing and managing projects funded by EU programs, GEF, FFEM, and private foundations, such as:

  Additionally, I contributed to the development of MedFund, a dedicated Mediterranean conservation fund for MPAs.
